tgray I have looked for the 28 day rule / law & I can't find it anywhere. It used to be there in the LMVD times, but can't find it now

I am not saying it isn't there, but where is it if it is. I have spent hours trolling through the different sites and haven't found it. I put new WOF's on however as it makes the car easier to sell.

I have found words like "should" have a WOF no older than 28 days, but can't find a must have a WOF no older than 28 days.

There's no requirement for RMVTs or anyone else to have a WoF less than 28-days old on any vehicle they sell.

Oops I missed out the word 'blanket' between 'no' and 'requirement'.
