jus removed my external wastegate off my gsr i recenly purchased put a blanking plate over the flange cut the tac of the actuator and hooker the vacum lines and went 4 a drive and it feels like a non turbo til about 5000 revs !

What's a 'GSR'!
Sounds like an exhaust leak somewhere, or boost leak somewhere, or actuator arm is actuating too early! Have you got a boost gauge, if so how much psi does it boost when it does end up boosting!

mitsubishi gsr like a evo. it sits on like 2 psi and doesnt move much until high revs and then about 10 psi

OH, you mean a LANCER gsr! You do realise there is a Cordia GSR, Sigma GSR, Galant GSR, Mirage GSR, Starion GSR, Tredia GSR etc right!

ohk na i didnt no there were othe gsr models. fixd the problem the actuator arm was wound to far out thanks.
do u no if the evo tdo5 turbo bolts on or not

they do,require aftermarket downpipe or hits oil filter

you'll have to port out the outlet on the exhaust manifold, as on the TD04 Lancer GSR manifold it is offset in relation to the bolts.
