good thinking titco ;,will do that; now, all i have to do is find some one local to do the compliance ,i would have thought it wasnot a big ask ! but have met a wall of indifference ,one one seems interested in doing the assessment,will try the two names i have again tommorowagain!

Agreed. Get complience sorted FIRST It will help a bit with the current old plate & tag being there. Cert will sort out something like 90% of wof issuse's
