I remember reading an article about it a couple of years back, the guy drove into the local VTNZ for a WOF - They didnt know where to start, got one though.

Passed one of these coming over the Tauranga harbour bridge this morning, could scarcely believe it had a rego plate! Would be interesting if somebody ran a red light in front of it. Wonder how they check the tyre tread depth, or if the lights work!
