Does anyone know if the grille from a Maxima 2006 will fit a Maxima 2004.THANKS.

It has to be the same body number.
For example A34 .
Even then it will pay to check that the headlights and bumper covers are the same.

A quick Google and Trade Me search, seems to indicate you Maxima should be a J31.
