It looks like it is a former police cruiser. It will thus have uprated suspension, electrics and be chipped for extra power, making it worthy of a special paint job.

I actually quite like the two-tone paint. (All the skulls, not so much.)
They were a good looking car, the VTs with the "Holden" bodykit rather than the HSV kit.

There are a LOT of the kind of cars I am looking for that haven't had meaningful maintenance done but have lower springs, custom paint, flash rims, tinted windows etc etc. Soon as I see that it's all over.
