I use Motul 8100 X-Cess on my R33 GTR and I change it every 7000kms / 10 months. What about you guys!

New filter of course also. Check the rocker/stem clearnaces too while I'm at too. As well as the coolant, spark plugs, brake pads, fan belt adjustment/slack, suspension pressure. Sure there's more

Oil and Filter every 15,000 k's best oil for my car MSL Mitsubishi
If I am hitting the right hand pedal hard around town a lot i do it every 5,000kms
If i am easing on the right pedal and doing a mixture of out of town driving and in town driving it'll be every 7,500kms
If it is all long distance and easy on pedal it'll be every 10,000kms

1995 Honda Odyssey, oil + filter, every 6 months or 10 000kms whichever comes first, 10w-30 semi synthetic Castrol oil. Spark plugs every 20 000kms. 1986 Ford Courier, oil + filter every 6 months regardless of mileage, which is around 4 000kms. 15w-40 mineral Castrol oil. Spark plugs and points every 12 months.

Once a year whether they need it or not. Our family car probably does about 12k kms a year. I only did my motorbike oil/filter every 10k kms.
