2004 Ford XR6 Ute Auto Noise comes when slowing in the car, not under braking, unitl about 30-40kmph where it stops, its like a knocking noise about 2-3 a second and sounds more like its coming from the rear but no noise on accelleration. Also a similar noise when on full lock, forward or reverse. Will have to get it checked out but if anyone has any ideas would be apreciated.

my old L300 did that, tyre guys hadn't done wheel nuts up right on the rear wheel after putting new tyres on. only discovered the problem after mechanic had diff apart and was sitting on the wheel trying to figure out what was wrong with the the diff (nothing) when he noticed funny wearing around where the wheel nuts seat against the rim haha
