ive got a 99 tsr the ej20 quad cam engine, just replaced air flow meter as idling is never the same, and is very slugglish, and uses lots of fuel any ideas on what it could be!. thanks

spark plugs fouling! Oxygen sensor packing the sad. was replacement airflowmeter 2nd hand! if so, pays to have a look at those fine sensor wires to see if they are dirty or not.

cambelt just being done so will be, havent checked plugs airflow was a 2nd hand unit might be dodgey, wat is 02 sensor!

O2 is oxygen sensor. faulty o2 sensor generally contribute to alot of excessive fuel usage other than a heavy right foot or poor selection use of gears.

You could either ask for more guesses here in the hope someone is gazing into a crystal ball at the time for a more accurate physic reading or you can check the fault codes. if nothing could be fuel pump At a guess.
