They aren't legal. The police will act as enforcer for Licensys to keep their monopoly intact of being sole plate provider for New Zealand. You will be ticketed AND have demerits.
Fella I bought one of my cars had them on his street legal race car, police saw him driving and took off after him at great pace in traffic, even commented on how quick he had to go to catch up to him. Safer communities together.

Think people import them from the likes of germanplates, but they are not NZTAprovided - there for not really legal.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
