What would u recommend. Ecotec v6 + ultra high rockers + extractors and exhaust + cold air intake + 69mm throttle body
Would this benefit in making my vy quicker!
Any other mods/suggestions/ideas I could do.!

Good starting point but won't make it shockingly quicker for the money you will spend. Good suspension work will aid speed but will be dependent on what sort of speed you are looking for (drag or circuit) Whole hog is hanging a pair of turbos on the ecotec and some custom manifolds and computer

buy a V8 model and save a heap of $$$$$$ trying to work up a V6

Not everyone wants a V8, there's a huge amount of development in the v6's. OP, don't forget a chip upgrade.
