94 3L pajero, starter siezed and water pump leaking. Mechanics reckon about $800 for recon. starter & fix oil leak in rocker, and about a grand for water pump/cam belt. Soooo. should I put it out of its misery (and mine) or spend the money. What else is left to go wrong !

Grand seems really dear to do water pump and cambelt to me, being rear wheel drive they aren't too bad to do.There should be a huge amount of second hand starters on the market. I suggest you get a second opinion as the resale on such a vehicle would make spending that sort of money on it uneconomic.

Hi k's or low K's.Average condition, good con or above average body and interior! it could come down to what tread is left on the tyres, especially if it needs 4 new ones in the next 6 months.Lots of variables , so you have a choice to make.

Hi-ish k's, about 250 i think.
im looking at getting rid of it as is, and buying an El Grand, anybody got any good / bad opinions on them!
