I was fitting some lights via the sidelight bulb but now I have lost all sidelights, dash lights, rear lights and the buzzer for lights on when the door is open. Anyone know what could have happened and how to fix it! The main headlights still work fine.

You have probably blown a fuse.

would just one fuse control all and it don't help everything is in japanese

One fuse would control all park lamps, which is what you have described.
