well you got the vodaphone call right. Thats 9 wins vs 9 wins , unless you want to add in the GP then its Ford 12 vs holden 9 . Frosty back to the top of championship.

ksam,
Aug 26, 5:29pm
He might do himself a favor if he could stop dragging his arse at the start, but Lowndes, all class.
3tomany,
Aug 26, 7:10pm

Didn't watch it again. TV3's coverage sucks! Mind you it's(V8 suppercars) gone down hill so much in the last ten years. Vodafone have all the money and always win weather in a Ford all a Holden. Boring, just like F1 in the early 2000's
floscey,
Aug 27, 10:08am
glad i didnt sit up to watch it. reminds me of F1 in the 90s .
splinter67,
Aug 27, 10:14am
I didnt sit up and watch it either watch it live on the website

teams spend millions trying to work out how to make the tires last and only two teams have mastered it 888 are the best and fpr close behind so to square things up why on earth dont they give them more tires. each team could spend say another two grand on tires saving millions in research and squaring the racing up at the same time

Why not scrap pariy and race cars. May the best car/driver combination win
floscey,
Aug 27, 10:49am
you must have loved the schumacher years .
bill-robinson,
Aug 27, 11:32am
Did he build cars!
floscey,
Aug 27, 11:41am
! not sure what you mean there bill . But if you scrap parity and let the biggest budgets rule you end up with Ferrari/ schumy , HRT/Skaife.Good for some but not good for all. Wasnt LP the last guy to build and race his own !
bill-robinson,

Or continue to the ultimate, more commonly known as NZ super tourers. Same old car different sticker on the bonnet.Wonderfull.wonders what happened to skill and technical inovation!
splinter67,
Aug 27, 12:48pm
So what you want is the biggest budget wins if ya dont like it go watch boring sprintcars
3tomany,
Aug 27, 2:49pm
supercars car of the future will be like that only differance will be the engines but they are going to be heavily scrutinized for parity so the biggest budget to spend of track will get the most gain
bill-robinson,
Aug 27, 5:25pm
No wonder I lost interest in modern motor racing. You guys keep watching parity, I will watch historic cars, Real racing with passing, fast cars on straights with poor brakes, little cars bothering V8's and winning races. Go off and bitch on about ford and holden cause it ain't motor racing.
bill-robinson,
Aug 27, 5:28pm
In case you had not noticed, they have done away with different engines in NZ super tourers. (Keeps them quiet you know.)
splinter67,
Aug 27, 5:30pm
Cars racing each other is motor racing if you dont like it dont watch it
