We want to claim to fix some big scrapes on the side of our car that occurred months ago. We've had a very busy time recently, and it wasn't urgent, so we put it off. Is there a time limit on claiming on your car insurance!

Ive seen guys claim months later without a problem, as long as your not claiming 3 different incidents at once you should be okay. Assessors are not stupid, most of the time.

Yeah the rust in the bare metal only happened'cos it was out in the rain.
