Just bought a Holden commodore clubsport and there seems to be a problem when starting out, I put my foot to the floor and the thing barely moves and lots of white smoke pours out from behind the car. Not sure what the issue is was wondering if anybody has had this problem before! TIA

it appears someone has repowered your vehicle. possibly with a rotary, vtec, or multipla engine.

Thanks guys but I solved the problem by swapping for a honda accord vtec, car still has the first symptom of not being able to move with my foot flat to the floor but at least no white smoke this time!

I think in this case you'll find the white smoke is now coming out of the exhaust pipe and not from the tyres.
Holdens have vtec, it's variable valve timing when you get valve float right!

think its caused by cheap tires. My ss only spins and smokes for a couple of hundred yards. but as wheels go round fuel light comes on. Think its a factory fault.

The blues the hi beam and the red could be any number of insignificant others. If they flashin, just remove the bulbs. Likely just another factory fault. .
