OP There are three generations of Odditty as far as the CAM BELT is concerned. Gen 1 started in 1994 and continued till 1997has a 2.2l engine and one cambelt. Id budget $600 to do it properly including the water pump.
Gen 2 was from 1996 till 2004 and has a 2.3l Vtec engine and two belts to replace.I'd budget $800
Gen 3 is the new shape and has a 2.4l Chain drive engine.
Unquestionably YES replace the belts at 100k -Im not convinced about the 10 years bit.
--Im refuse to discuss the 3.0l enjgined one as I hate em with a passion

When belt driven OHC was first mooted it was used on the mid 60s Pontiac OHC 6 Goodyear developed the cambelts for it, There was NO replacement interval the belt would outlast the engine, Since then engine technology has improved immensely but cambelts have gone backwards and have become the weakpoint that will force you into another car accidently I think not
