Just decided to stop charging the other day. Alternator poked! Where should I start with testing! Are there fuses/relays that i should test before pulling the alternator out!

Multimeter, connect to + and - battery terminal with motor running, reading should be between 13 and 14 volts.

Yes there is a main fuse associated with the charging system, but you still need to determine the charge rate, then go after the fuse.

Common fault, replace relay when you replace/repair alternator

I've got a voltmeter installed in the truck so I am aware that I don't have charging voltage on the battery. Where is the fuse and relay located just so as I can rule this out before pulling it all to bits!
