Car runs fine once it is warm. When cold or not driven for a few hours it does not start easily. When warm it starts first pop like it should. When cold It turns over and after a while starts faster and faster until it eventually runs. When you put your foot flat when cold it stalls or it sounds like there is load on the engine and it doesn't rev for a few seconds but it is smooth not misfiring. Takes maybe a minute to stop doing this. I took the engine out to replace some oil seals, found 2 cracked spark plugs and it started first pop when I put it back, and the engine light flickered on occasionally while driving but it's back to soild on and hard starting. This has me stumped. Has anyone come across this before! 1995 Subaru Legacy 250T EJ25.
