Got a crack in the auto trans sump. Can not find a dipstick like a normal auto transmission. What fluid do I put in, how much fluid, and where on the transmisson do I put the fluid.
Thanks in advance

There is no dipstick, would pay to have the trans serviced, replace the sump, new filter and new oil

yea i do you need a special tool its filled thru the drainplug and the level is by mesuring the fluids of the trans temperatur sender 30 degree celcius with vag obd2 diagnostic tools. i recommendyou get it transportet to a auto trans rebuild place whole service will probably be 500$ with sump replacment . you can order parts here for diy but you still need vag rosstech obd 2 diagnostic tool. site is usa so no free shipping for you i would say
if you cant find a competent plave then advanced automatics whangarei54 hanna streetwhangarei will be able to repair it them i do trust the boss will explain all things that can go wrong , I hope you did not damage the insides of the trans
