I can text and drive while most of you muppets cant even make it through a roundabout or give way sign without stopping, thinking about things, hesitating and then considering moveing.

As above, is texting and driving stupid! Yup. DO many people slow and drive without attention on the road when yabbing on the phone! Yup. But are there plenty more reasons as to why these things happen! Yep. This legislation never made sense. To single one cause out over and above all others is nonsense. It's what happens when politicians think they understand complex behavioral issues. The data is now coming in from overseas showing that a cellphone ban has had little to no effect on accident rates. Gee who would have thought! The fact is bad drivers are bad drivers. Doesn't matter whether they have a cellphone in their hand or not. If not, they'll just find some other stupid way of causing an issue.

Most people can txt and drive muppet. Can you do it without putting others at risk! NO ONE can drive safely and txt, If you THINK you can THINK again and stop before you kill someone else. PULL OVER TO TXT OR PHONE. What is so important to put peoples lives at risk by driving and txting. Grow up!

Unfortunately I know some good people who are doing a totally wanky and loser thing by deciding to text ''n' drive(!) at the same time. They may text successfully most of the time, but maybe one day they'll come undone big time - hopefully they won't take any innocents with them. Is a txt/call REALLY that important that one can't pull over for a couple of minutes to safely partake in this activity rather than risk lives! Or do these ones have to learn the hard way!
