Would someone be able to calculate the offset for listing #: 567055218
from the questions I asked in the Q&A! Thanks.

It's far better to know what the "Back space" measurement is.
Backspace is the TOTAL depth of the inside of the rim.

Off set, only refers to the amount a rim center plate is set "off center" compared to the rim seat it's self.

No need for tricky calculations regarding offset compared to rim width when "backspace" does that for you

so what is that in an offset measurement!

so what is the offset or backspace! I need to know if they will fit a 2007 Hilux 4x4 double cab

It may not be the offset you have to worry about, (which is roughly -5 to -10mm depending on how accurate the bloke is with his tape measure), but you'll have to see if 15" wheels will fit over your brake calipers.

Also thos tyres will be way too small for your hilux and would look stupid.

If you can afford a 07 hilux, splash out and buy some proper rubber!
