What is the penalty if you have used up your lisence and overrun the mileage allowable by 10,000kms. This has happened at work, first time we have had a diesel and has been an unfortunate oversight.

Normally the fine is 3 times the amount you are in arrears by.

If you get caught, 3 times the value of the outstanding RUCs. Get it up to date ASAP

Maybe its an extra to help pay government debts, cover donations and there expenses. But we the people are made to believe it is put into good use. Or some of it is.
