I'm pretty sure it needs to have a declaration that was done back then, and that declaration needs to be on LVV's books already. The owner should know all this, which makes the answer.of interest.

hmm.if thats the case, one would have to prove it was done before 1989. If it is true.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
