if a rego was to run out at the end of this month.does the person selling the car have to get a new one or can they just sell it as it is!

Buy the car, change the ownership into you name, and you are liable for the licensing from that day on. The old owner is liable for any out of date licensing fees up untill that day.

Completely incorrect, in fact equally incorrect as referring to licensing labels as registration labels.Check with NZTA if you don't believe me.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
