Twice now i have had a issue where my ute will not accelerate properly. i can only get up to around 60 of 70 kph. feels like its struggling for power. any ideas anyone ?

I bought a brand new np300 this year. I have since heard of a few people having problems with navaras. I never had any problems in 8 years of Mitsubishi Triton ownership. In fact I never talked to another owner who had problems either. I have had a couple of minor problems with the navara. Sorry I cant help you but it is interesting to find these things out.

hastings ask aecs if they can have a look wont be cheap they dont normally fix things but since your in hastings already aecs is the only professional diagnostic training course guy in the whole of nz if they dont want to fix it they can tell you where to go so you dont have f. kn morons messing with it. they might be interested on 2012 model for more training knowhow afterwards AECS Ltd ??? and air filter too? both should have been changed a few times by 88k at 3+ years old. Ps check air filter, pull it out and have a look, the top side is the clean side. Thought mine was fine at first, until i realised, and pulled it out to look at bottom, when doing a 30k service yesterday.
