Can anybody tell me whether the E15 engine is cam belt or cam chain?

You can buy a timing belt kit on EBay for them

How easy to do? is it as easy as loosening tensioner taking belt off then sliding new one back on and tension up?

Pretty much, the front engine mount MAY have to be moved too, can't remember. Bear in mind the age of these engines, if there is any sign of hardness or leakage from the cam or crank seals, change them too.

I understand when people use no instead of know, however the other away around is weird.
Nisns gardn variety 4cyl mota they use 4 years in da 80's aye.
