I am restoring an old 1960's caravan and I need to insulate it. It is 25mm timber frame with aluminium skin on the out side and ply lining on the inside. If I use 25mm polystyrene as insulation ,will there be any condensation problems? would a vapour barrier help? thanx

Yes polystyrene is good, other insulation products wil do as well , house insulation type stuff. polystyrene may give the outer skin a bit more strengh.
