Hi Can anyone tell me how long it would take and labour cost to install below Remove existing diff and install the second hand one that i have Holden Commodore 95 VR Solid Diff Just curious to know ?

Do it yourself. jack the arse up remove drive shaft,pull axles. remove diff head, stick new one in, then put it all back together again. with a bit of practice. 30mins.

if u change diff centres ul need shim properly so u get the backlash rite if u a novis may pay change hole diff ?

Mine has abs attachment Lucky i found a diff as was more common for non abs OR IRS

You aren't going to get the same answer twice, its going to depend largely on who is doing the work and what exactly has to be changed over re brakes, rotors, park brake shoes etc and then setting it all up after its installed. If you've got two of each of these things you would want the best condition bits fitted to the replacement axle wouldn't you? I'd bank on at least three hours labour at whatever rate, garages tend not to like fitting customer supplied parts and generally jack up the repair times.

Yes assuming no other bits absolutely need replacing and nothings broken or siezed. It goes without saying that some new oil for it would be a good idea too.
