The pin that fires the hand grenade if my one was anything to go by. Do you believe the mileage? are any digits of speedo out of line, are brake pedal rubbers and seat edge condition consistent with mileage, is the engine bay clean (dirt is ok) or covered in oil, is there a rust colour in radiator water bottle etc etc.
Suggest you google- forums or faults + truck details

I had a 1991 Pajero import, the old 4D56, did an extra 250,000 kms + the 100.000km showing, after I bought it, never missed a beat, regular servicing etc,had it 10 years

Yes if it all looks good, check trans for smooth changes if auto, check engine for overheating, burning oil, if all good then no reason to do 300k if serviced properly, if its a good price go for it.

Had one for 12 years and has been a bloody good vehicle, solid build good engine,great offroad ,tows a tonne on the trailer no worries.
