Probably will be very unsafe compared to other vehicles of that year. Japanese market Subarus usually only have 2 airbags, and that is it. Motors and things in the later models seem reliabke enough though.

Subaru's are very safe cars, some may only have 2 airbags but thats only one aspect to consider.
