And hints Wanted please :)

Would like to recover the bench top it's the stick on stuff, it's peeling up and very outdated and ugly, how did those of you that updated it without getting a new one altogether go about it, what did you use?

Also thinking of taking out the carpet and putting Lino in its place for practicality as we have kids and pets, do you find it made your caravan colder?

I made my bench top with a piece of stainless steel.
Got the metal shop to make the right size, folded down a lip for the front and fold up a lip for the rear. Glued it down.with construction adhesive. Looks and works great.
Lino floor is so much easier to keep clean, just brush it out and mop.

Hi K-lee, I replaced the knackered carpet in my old Zephyr with carpet tiles. Easy to keep tidy with hearth brush and shovel. If any get damaged or worn I just replace the tile. Lino or vinyl I find a bit cold on the feet when out of summer season.
