I have a 2002 Subaru legacy rs30 and the check engine light seems to be on. My car is due for a warrant at the end of this month and Im wanting to take it to a Subaru garage to get this sorted. Would my car pass its warrant if the light is on? It doesn't seem to effect the car (as I can still drive it around).
ok how much of diy do you usually do on cars? there is extreem limmits you can do with cheap tools but they can be good tools solong as you know what and where the limmits are.

outlawd--check engine light on won't stop you getting a wof. Equally though it will be on for a reason.I\d at the least get a scan done to establish what actually is wrong. n that basis you can decide to carry on driving --or not
