Easiest way to adjust my suspension?

got adjustibles and want to lift front up a tad sick of it scraping, i have 2 axle stands and 1 standard scissor jack. Would i have to lift the rear end up aswell? To keep car level on the road etc.thanks

Assuming the car is set up perfectly flat now if you want the car to stay flat then yep rears need adjusting up as well.But that will have the affect of lifting the car just as much as you adjusted it.
I'd suggest the first thing to work out is how flat the car is sitting now.

What would i measure the sill front and back or the wheel arch gap? It only scrapes on front because it has a lip that is lower than the rest of stock kit

Its on 18x8 with 45 i think or 40 but they are 400$ each tyres im not made of money lol they still near new
