I'm looking for one to replace a broken one in a front door of a Toyota Fielder 2011.

Any advice about where to get one from, and also does anyone know if they can be replaced without removing the door lining ? Cheers.

Check strap.
And a lot of the time, yes, quite easy.

Sorry bro--Nope
yep its called a check strap but the 2011 fielder you need to remove the mechanism from inside the door.
OP don't panic --removing the door inner skin is really easy theres one screw in behind the door handle cover -one screw down at the front of the arm rest area--you'll see a line in the moulding. The rest is just poppers.
run your fingers along and theres a gap you can pull the skin away by. Then undo the two mounting bolts for the strap and it will fall inwards.

I covered my ass and said, a lot of the time. I have changed shit loads of them, but there is always something different out there.
