Put a tube in your ear and wave the other end around until the noise is loudest. A vacuum cleaner tube does work.

Something in fuel tank system, like an air inlet valve, or one on an emissions system canister? Second thought, an air conditioning valve, heard similar on heatpumps with stuck reversing valves.

one person has posted the correct answer already so far.
on that video if you look for comments you see i posted this and his answer Intrade Motor Intrade Motor vor 3 Tagen i am with electronic throttle body noise also . normally a lot lower pitch noise 1 McCuistian vor 2 Tagen I think you may be right - we didn't do anything to try and correct it though - the car was in for something else.
