Can I adapt a complete power steering unit from an early Hilux to my 84 ute to keep the missus from growing popeye muscles? Fully restored ute from ground up.

well depends i used a self clamping pulley on my 1982 2.2 or what ever it was L block diesel. So the problem would only be if you can find a power steering rack that fits . As i used the engine on my LN130

From memory an 84 'lux has a steering box?
