are you asking if you would get less minus the starter and alt! if you wanna get real picky you could strip the car yourself into metal categories for maximum dollar. Clean scrap is worth more.

12.5 to 15cents sounds right and no it doesn,t matter if bits are missing it goes on the weight of the car

if its got alloy wheels ,strip them off first and any other alloy thats easily removed and get that weighed up seperatly,for more money. the battery too.
