Swap over your wheels for another set.
Not uncommon for a tyre to do that

Modern wheel balancing is not what it's cracked up to be.

mugenb20b, Dec 11, 8:13am
Ahh.you may have lost a wheel weight, or the wheel weight may have shifted.

kerrylee1, Dec 11, 8:17am
no, checked that out as well, sorry running out of ideas.

kerrylee1, Dec 11, 8:18am
done, thanks any way

usdefault, Dec 11, 8:23am
You did a 4 wheel alignment yeah!

mugenb20b, Dec 11, 8:25am
How does wheel alignment affect vibrations!

usdefault, Dec 11, 8:31am
You serious!

jmma, Dec 11, 8:31am
Diff pinion bearings.

sals11, Dec 11, 8:32am
had same problem in 89 hiluxwas loose nuts in 2 of the drive shafts and large center nut in middle of drive shaft was loose and needed 1/2 a turn,,,Was told quite often wrong nuts and bolts used after repairs

skin1235, Dec 11, 8:32am
you did all of that to cure a vibration!
crazy, like re-piling the house to make the water run the right way in the guttering

usdefault, Dec 11, 8:34am
Sorry should have been more clear.did you get a 4 wheel alignment/balancing.

OP answered yes.

kerrylee1, Dec 11, 8:39am
hope not, but thanks, could be on to something, everything quite at back, but worth a crack. cheers

kerrylee1, Dec 11, 8:40am
all done, but thanks anyways

skull, Dec 11, 8:42am
I'm assuming this is not a vibration you can feel thru the steering wheel so shift the rear wheels to the front and see if it alters the vibration at all. Do you have any sensation at all about what type of vibration it is! Wheel vibration, driveline vibration, engine vibration!

kerrylee1, Dec 11, 8:48am
feels like driveline, everything new in front. thanks for input, very frustrating.

jonthefisho, Dec 11, 8:53am
They have a bad habit of flogging out driveshaft crosses if you don't grease them regulary.

jmma, Dec 11, 8:56am
Front hubs engaged!
