yeah but i don't like the annoying design quirks some of them have that cost a ridiculous amount to repair and the dealership thinks they can charge $600 for an oil change V8 Euros are great for people who have the money to run them and not much compares i know but Holden and Ford are all about affordable performance the latest HSV's are 0-100 in 4.9 seconds for 1/4 of the price of a V8 Euro now that packs a hell of an argument for the price i myself would have an HSV and a deposit on a nice house instead of an M3 for example and i was talking about most of the shit heaps that drive around on NZ roads, when i said they would shit on most.

you cant even type properly, must be a Jappa owner.

wrong2, Feb 5, 11:13pm
just John being John

pat him on the head , let him have his say & then carry on with people that are worth discussing things with

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:14pm
Typing from my cellphone actually, I can. Not easy typing while out and about. The odd typo is okay for a phone keyboard while out fishing.

wrong2, Feb 5, 11:14pm
depends entirely on the exhaust design

did the exhaust on a repowered hilux . sounds as V8 as anything else

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:16pm
Well until people learn the truth regardless if they like it or not things will not change.

wrong2, Feb 5, 11:16pm
you get told your a dork lots then

scotty20001, Feb 5, 11:18pm
you haven't said anything credible this whole thread.

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:21pm
Well it took you longer enough to admit holden is not "all" truly all "Australian built". Took you long enough, could of said oh yes the odd the holden is not made in Australia / developed. But you just had to be ignorant about it.

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:22pm
^ That is what I am getting at, in some case its a mixture has some holden have even the good old nissan rb.

wrong2, Feb 5, 11:25pm
the most expensive Holden ever , the W427 is a good deal cheaper than its comparable euro models

the standard SS is massivly cheaper

on a money basis , Holden is class leaders

lookoutas, Feb 5, 11:37pm
Jeez john - you're out fishing and poking around here on ya Hoki fone!

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:39pm
Got to do something while waiting for those buggers to bite!

lookoutas, Feb 5, 11:41pm
That's what cans are for.

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:42pm
Doing that to, need to start sobering up now.

lookoutas, Feb 5, 11:43pm
No wonder you're typing shit then.

johnf_456, Feb 5, 11:44pm
Nah was just a bit rough before in the other spot we were at, not easy on a tiny little touch screen.

jarrod261, Feb 5, 11:53pm
I had a VS Statesman which was HSV enhanced.Had the 185kw engine and exhaust,Sounded good and was pretty quick.
Had HSV badges and build number.

chris_051, Feb 5, 11:58pm
Compared to what else is on offer. maxima, Accord, Aurion, Sonata, I'd take the aussie rwds every time, especially the higher spec falcons with it 200kw/400nm 4.0 and 6spd ZF auto.

falcon-hell, Feb 6, 12:01am
bog off

lookoutas, Feb 6, 12:02am
Has it got an HSV badge somewhere around the glovebox!
If so, you might have a gem.

lookoutas, Feb 6, 12:05am
I'm envious, but if that was me out there in the roughs, I wouldn't be able to see the screen for lunch.

johnf_456, Feb 6, 12:06am
There is bound to be faster but how deep are your pockets is the question.

johnf_456, Feb 6, 12:07am
:( My eyesight is pretty good, just hard when you are moving from side to side.

chris241, Feb 6, 12:11am
just the one on the dash has ss commodore on it
And a large stainless one on the motor with HSV on it !

You want to here something funny. Was just out in the garage looking round the car and i took a look at the interior light and it has FORD emblem on it
