oil everywhere was caused when the turbo went about 5000km ago.its all clean now

Believe it or not.
Nope don't believe it.
To me it just looks like a piece of crap that was due to fail and it just happened at that time.

I have seen this happen, where it winds a strand of the alternator belt into the cambelt area and goes under the belt, caused valve timing to jump and bend valves
