anyone got the measurement for machining shaft down for v8 swap!

What part are you machining! just the spigot shaft! if so i have the bronze bush for the end of the crank at work i can measure! is it going behind a chev! or an L.S motor! Wouldnt have thought a v6 shaft would need machining down to fit a V8! thought it would be smaller

yeah the input shaft that goes to clutch plate,think there an inch longer and its for 304 efi engine

I/S is miles longer on a V6 shaft you would have to cut and weld it! spigot is the same size for both. V8 length will be the same as a 4 speed V8 box.
