Hi,1994 SV41 1998cc(3S-FE Engine Bore 86 x stroke 86 ) 1995 SV40 1838cc (4S-FE Engine Bore 82.5 x stroke 86) These two cars are identical from inside and outside, I cannot spot the different between SV41 and SV40, can someone help! My 1994 Camry SV41 engine is too tired, I have an offer of 1995 SV40 damaged car (body). Was thinking to swap engine and transmission to my car. Can someone tell me is it possible to swap without changing any mounting. Any information would be much appreciated.

Easiest method could be to phone the Toyota dealership in your area and get the parts dept to confirm the mounts etc. Better to go in and look at the parts pics.

Another thought is to phone the Toyota wreckers as they are usually very knowledgable, dont forget you may also have to change the computer.
