You need to provide a Holden dealer with your vin # as its related to that. Unfortunately they will likely charge you a small fee and you will have to take the car in as they wont email it to you or give you this over the phone.

I doubt they will charge you for it.
You will need to supply your VIN# if it's still the original stereo, if it has been changed at some point you will have to supply the Serial # off the stereo unit.
If you still have the owners handbook/service book, it is quite often written down in there somewhere.

Most will charge if you aren't a regular customer. Other option is take it in, they can plug in tech 2 and retrieve it from the computer, we used to charge about $25 to do this.
The reason dealers don't usually give out the number over the phone, is because of some muppets that demonstrated on a tv show a few years back how easy it was to ring up a dealer with a rego or vin and then get key codes and radio codes. thanks to them, dealerswill now make you go in, and are much more likely to charge unless you are a known customer

most aftermarket scanners can get this info from the body control module. take it to a local auto sparky/ mechanic with a scanner and they should be able to retrieve it. might cost a small fee, i dont charge for that tho as it takes 1 min
