To cut the long story short. Toyota has better transmissions and chassis'. Terrano (PR50) has a better but slightly less powerful engine, more interior space width wise, a monocoque body (no ladder frame chassis).

I would have thought for this use a falcodore would be a better option unless you are towing in muddy paddocks or going off road.
