to a 1996 Holden VS Commodore V6 IRS - are these a straight bolt on or are there clearance issues with the front struts! And where can you get factory nuts to suit!

Yep will fit no problem. If you want factory nuts try a Holden wreckers and then Holden themselves. Try mag wheel shops if you have no luck with finding factory ones.
