i have a customer with the above vehicle,it has an intermittent fault .where the speedometer and all guages etc ,stop operating.all light controls,indicators ,wipers still work.I had it idling and this happened,took it to the auto electrician and they all started working,just wondering if any landrover experts on here,who might have struck a similar fault.

don't claim to be an expert .but have had almost identical in disco, .Parked a de-humidifier in it overnight in desperation after double & triple checking electrics. Sorted for 3 mths. recently.same issue, (with central lock & windows as well) & same solution. seriously.( has it got a sunroof!.small leak = condensation behind dash console)

Ata guess without testing thevoltage stabilizer unit in series with the guageselectric speedo! /possibly afaulty item or bad ground. somewhere . volt stab /unit located usually around the dash area.
dry solder joints! they can do some weird things and I also am not an expert on this model.

This vehicle does not have voltage stabilizer. I would go with possible dry solder joints on pcb.

bad guess, late model cars dont have the stabilisers in them ,
id be putting money on your dash having circuit board issues
