might help if you state the engine. A "1995 Galant" could have no less than a dozen different engines. However for most of them, there pretty much are no bleed points. Some will have a bolt on the top of the thermostat housing which you can remove, but generally it's not necessary to bleed the cooling system. Just keep filling it up with the engine running until it stops taking any more coolant and starts to overflow out the top of the radiator. Fill up the overflow reservoir and then top up the reservoir again the following day after being driven around for a little bit. That's it.
