Hey just woundering i need a exhaust manifold with a wastegate flange 35mm but they only have ones with 38mm ones can you get the 35mm wastegate to fit it somehow

without seeing the manifold in question you could have the flange cut off and re weld the correct size one on,if it's a cheap stainless manifold i wouldnt bother rewelding it

just get a tial 38mm waste-gate and forget about it, they are very reliable and since its a 38mm flange it would be cheep they are coming out in v clamp now, also if the manifold is under 2mm thick and it is stainless, through it away

Mates smallblock has "cheap" stainless turbo headers, $330 the pair. Has run them 2 full seasons so far & no cracks. Runs 8.60's over the 1/4 with a single Borgwarner S480.
