I think you are missing the point here. Big j was not ripped off he was given an estimate for the job and it was completed slightly over the estimate ,which Big j was happy with. It is unfair to say he was ripped off. As I see it he payed good money for a job and didn't get what he payed for , that was a bike that ran properly. Anybody can make a mistake, the problem here iscrap customer relations. What the sevice manager should have done is rectifed the mistake and been apolgetic and maybe tried to make it up to you by offering a discount on your next service.Single cylinder four stroke carburettors have notoriously small jets in them and it only takes a very small piece of cr@p or water or whatever, to cause a problem.If I were you I would put an in line fuel filter in to stop any further problems. I am a personal friend of both of the owners and I will be bringing this thread to their attention. That way you will get both sides of the story.
